Terrible experience. Tons of repairs. Eve roof was installed sagging in the middle! This is acceptable to them. Got called names by Rendon staff. Home buying/building is supposed to be exciting. This company, because of arrogance and a attitudes, made us feel sad that we choose them. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES! We should have we went with the other company. Try and get repairs done!- good luck.
If we could do it over again- we would NOT have picked Rendon to build our home. Again- our mistake.

Do not buy from this “home builder”. Everything will be built incorrectly. I found almost 17 yrs later, and you can’t even trust the inspection people. They built my roof with no ridge vent or whirley bird attic vents. None. That killed my shingles life, not to mention all the expanding of the roof and ceilings from the heat not being able to escape. Also. Month one in 2004. After moving in. Ac leaked all over the ceiling. All this you don’t see as a first time homeowner and that’s what they prey on. They don’t even return calls about concerns like this. I upgraded some light fixtures also some restroom towel hanging fixtures. NO ANCHORS FOR THE SCREWS. just 2 drywall screws thru the brackets. Anyways. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they fail to realize that if the insurance adjuster had figured that out, they could have easily said. Nope this roof was installed incorrectly during the build, 30 yearshigle warranty is probably now voided by the manufacturer, and, it’s a risk they will not take. Insurance co. Could decide to stop coverage and not continue to provide coverage. . Now, YOU COULD BE STUCK WITH An UNINSURABLE HOUSE.. because of THE BUILDER RENDON HOMES. I just got lucky that my roof lasted this long. THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU BUY HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. 17 yrs out 30 yrs shingles
