Permits

No permits. No 3rd party Inspection that is required by state of Utah. We paid more than 50% down to start installation. Then paid 30% after panels were installed, with the understanding that the last 20% would be paid upon completion. We continually asked about permits and inspection that would be needed. They lied and said everything had been done. Its been 5 months and still no 3rd party inspection on wiring or installation. Workers that came were polite.
