Our furnace stopped working several days ago. Since Climate Pro/Rennie HVAC had done a great job 1-1/2 years ago replacing our air conditioner, I called them about 9am today. Wendy heard my problem and said a technician would be here between 11 and 2. Help arrived at 11:10 am. Jose was our tech, he had also worked on the air conditioner and remembered us. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a ballpark estimate for fixing it, got the part from his truck, installed it, and we had warm air flowing through the house before noon.
