On Dec 8,2012 at 9:15 am two men driving a Reno Electric truck used the portable potties at the bridge in the Cuyamaca State Park. Both men urinated all over the seat. One man not only urinated on the sit but on the floor as well and then dropped his cigarette ashes on the seat as well. If this is the work these men do when no one is watching why would you want them working on your job site...just a thought!
