Renovate Max

We asked Renovate Max to perform a whole house renovation, after my sister's family had used them for a complete kitchen remodel a couple of years ago with great results. Because we own the home remotely, we needed someone whom we could fully trust to guarantee their work and to handle any subcontracting necessary. While Renovate Max wasn't the cheapest quote we got, the difference was reasonable, and we were very pleased with not just my sister's experience but also other reviews we had seen online.

We had an extensive project -- we decommissioned a bedroom, installed hardwood floors in living areas, updated the HVAC system, and performed major remodeling in the kichen and bathrooms. The kitchen was probably the most involved -- we needed the installation of a granite countertop and tile backsplash, new floor tiling, removal/replacement of cabinets, installation of a sink and new appliances, and some electrical/lighting work.

Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. We knew about every visit and every issue in advance, and were empowered to make decisions. I never heard any complaints from our neighbors, so I'm sure they were professional at all times. And when we saw the final results, we were completely blown away. The workmanship was top-notch -- our counter, island, cabinet, and appliance selections made for some tricky angles and spacing, but everything looks fantastic. Our living room is much more open and vibrant, and our bathrooms are tranquil spaces.

Again, everything about the experience was first-rate, and we would definitely work with them again.

Renovate Max team finished a major home renovation for us in December of last year. We purchased a home year and a half ago that needed major renovations. The original scope of the project was to replace all of the bathrooms in the home, move the kitchen and the powder room to new locations, move 3 walls, updating major systems, electrical and HVAC in the affected parts of the home and add spray foam insulation home that felt like a meat locker in the winter and roasted in the summer, new addition master bedroom/ bath. in Additionally, his team repainted entire interior and exterior of our home. Renovate Max team also ended up renovating our garage. Prior to the beginning of work, our main water line was burst over the asbestos coated ducts. This required the removal of the ducts by an asbestos abatement company which were enormous, replacing the ducts with new duct work and replacing much of the plumbing underground.
I can't say enough good things about the results of the renovation and the professionalism of Ali & his team and his sub-contractors. When issues arose with our home - such as rotted roof rafters from a faulty sky light or practical problems with implementing our architectural design - Ali contacted us immediately and was able to explain our options and cost effective solutions to these problems. When we had to do additional work because of the faulty pipes and removal of the duct work, we worked out a fair price to do the additional work and due to Ali diligence and that of his sub-contractor for HVAC, our HVAC system is more effective and efficient.
Second, our home is now not only comfortable, it is beautiful. The kitchen and new bathrooms are beautiful and our new hardwoods are amazing. We could not be more thrilled with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend Renovate Max Inc to anyone looking to do a renovation of their home. It is clear that they take pride in their work and they conduct their business with honesty and integrity.
