No integrity , shoddy workmanship. Pushes the job to get the deposit. No receipts on materials. Doesn't perform the job as agreed and doesn't cut measure correctly and then charges you to fix his mistakes. At that point you never want to see him or his poorly skilled helper. They leave a mess, knocked my whole high voltage lighting system out digging into a conduit with a shovel. Wanted to charge me to fix it. Has no pride in workmanship. Run don't walk.

Run as fast as you can away from the complete incompetency of Charles Joseph/Renovation & Repair Xperts. He represents that he is licensed by Florida as GC. This is false!
Before hiring him, make sure that you research his Theft and Burglary case in Broward County.
Before hiring him make sure that you research my civil lawsuit against him in Palm Beach County: CASE NO. 50 2017 CA 00913 MB. Also, check out his BBB rating.
Long story short, I paid him more than $10,000 for a remodel job that he botched in every way imaginable. After paying him over $10,000 (plus buying all material), it cost me an additional $21,000 to buy new material that he ruined and hire a competent contractor to rip out and redo his incompetent work (electric, plumbing, carpentry and tile). I wish someone would have tipped me off. Buyer beware. -

Not a man of his word. Never followed up and took care of what needed to be fixed and adjusted after he received payment. Also, left all debris for me to cleanup and throw out when it was his responsibility and part of the job for him to take away and dump. Not a trustworthy person from my experience ad certainly wouldn't hire again or recommend.

I had a wooden dog ear fence put in. They had to take down an old one and replace it. I was impressed with their work. They worked very clean and when the job was finished they cleaned up and left my place like it was when they got here. That was the first time I didn't have to go back and clean up after a contractor left. I would highly recommend them.

Chuck Joseph took a deposit and never showed up to do the job. I called him several times but he refused to give me my deposit. He said he did have the money.
