Todd Payne came out right away to talk with us about the work we needed done. HIs estimate was the best of four estimates. We talked several times before the work was scheduled. He installed 12 replacement windows, did some chimney work, and repaired a leak on the roof. He brought out a sample window for us to approve. The work was scheduled and completed in one day. They cleaned up the work area and we were very pleased with the improvements. We will definitely use this company again.
