    As a professional luxury real estate agent with very high standards, I will refer John to clients with more sophisticated needs. I have used John on countless professional projects as well. Just because he’s my husband, doesn’t automatically mean he earns my business. I refer my clients to the most suitable person for the job - period. I don’t always refer him as some clients and properties are simply not a good fit for his prices, expertise and property type. John can overcome almost any objection, cure any issue, whether it be structural, mechanical, or aesthetic. There is nobody better at creative problem-solving than John. He’s not inexpensive, nor is he the fastest, but you do get what you pay for. His commitment to his customers is beyond reproach. I can’t tell you how frequently he’s gotten out of bed in the middle of the night because he thinks he hears rain and wants to make sure his customers roof is protected, or the number of dinners on a Sunday night he has had to get up and leave early because a customer had an emergency. Even if that customer was from five years ago, his commitment is unwavering. Highly recommend.

    This company will over promise you and not deliver. They will not answer or respond once you sign their agreement. Don’t work with John, your plans will be changed without your approval and you will have to manage this project yourself. Ended up finishing my project with another company.
