I spoke with Steven Smith several times regarding an upcoming project. Based on our conversations, I felt uneasy about moving forward with him (Renovation Plus, also Installation Made Easy) and should have trusted my instincts but I took him at his word and made all the preparations on my end ($$$$$) for an April 1, 2022 start date. Wouldn't you know it, on Friday, April 1st, no call, no text, no email, no response to my calls, texts, emails. Do not trust this person. I've worked in construction for the last 15 years and it's people like this who give us a bad name. Shame on you Steven!

My experience with this sub excuse for a company was horrible, I started a job on 29Aug.
It took 11 days before they came out for measurement. Vanities were ordered on 17Sept.
On October 27th they said that the job was OUT OF SCOPE FOR THEM. They can't do the installation. WHAT IS
