If I could I would give Renovo Remodeling 10 stars!I live out of state and I have a rental property that had major water damage. Once I got finished with the water mitigation I was left with a property that had all the drywall in the entire place cut out from the floor up 24". All the flooring ripped out, base boards all gone, door casing all gone, bathroom vanities in two bathrooms gone, I could go on but you get the point. What a mess! I contacted Ben at Renovo Remodeling and within a day or two he came by and gave me a quote. He went over everything in detail. We agreed on a start date. Ben told me it would take two weeks to complete the job. From the day he started he kept me informed with the progress of the job with emails, photos or a phone call. Everything was go great, then after he installed the flooring he noticed an area in the living room that had a bad squeaking sound due to the swelling of the plywood underlayment. He notified me right away and we discussed our options. He said he thought we may need to remove a large area of the subfloor which would be very expensive. Great, that's all I needed. Then Ben said let me try something to fix this so it doesn't cost you a lot more money. As I was driving into town I got a phone call from Ben and he said he fixed it. When I got there he showed what he did. Not one squeak! Wow! He's a miracle worker! Didn't cost me a penny more! He went above and beyond to save me a lot of money and he was able to blend the paint at the two foot level of the walls so it's not even noticeable. He finished the job on the exact date he told me and he even had a cleaning crew come in that made the place look immaculate. His communication during the entire project was fantastic. He is a man with great integrity and honesty. The place looks amazing. The quality of work is outstanding. I will not use anyone else for any remodeling projects in Las Vegas. I can't recommend Renovo Remodeling enough. Thanks Ben for the great job!
