Had a full kitchen remodel. Excellent work, very professional. If they encountered a glitch (like an unexpected pipe), they offered a solution. And very clean! They cleaned up their work areas every time, before leaving for the day. We had everything covered with tarp, and only a very thin layer of dust settled. Highly recommend them.

Frank started out fine on my job but didn't complete the work he was paid to do. He supposedly purchased a new kitchen window yet did not provide a receipt or any warranty information. The window will not stay open since he installed it and it took months to get him to agree to return and fix it. In the meantime, I was selling the home and thanks to the faulty window, my house failed inspection. A friend of mine works in a home improvement store and came to see what could be done. She noticed right away it was the balance system and since there was no sticker with pertinent information on it, she cautioned me that the window was likely used. It's not even a stock size window so I feel Frank lied to me. I left a key for him to return and fix the window at his convenience yet I don't believe he did because the same problem still exists. I trusted this man to finish the job and he left it this way knowing he caused me to fail my home inspection and that didn't seem to matter much to him. I would advise any potential customers to be careful in hiring Frank since he starts a job strong to gain your trust and then slacks off or in my case, left me in a real bind. I gave him yet one more opportunity to go back and repair it and he now he won't respond to me at all. Due to my frustrating experience with this contractor and his lack of professionalism, I'm sorry but I do not feel comfortable recommending him to anyone else.
