Rentmeister and company did a great job. We had some pipes bust leading to a flooding our basement. Everything turned out great and work was completed satisfactory and in a timely matter. We had absolutely no issues.

They were great, if on the expensive side. Ryan, the owner is a fantastic human being. He will make sure anything that is not up to your satisfaction will be fixed.

I would not recommend Rentmeister. I had a terrible experience with them!

When you take time off work so you can be home for your schedule appointment (wide windows of 4 hours), you expect the company to show up or call at a reasonable time to inform you they are not going to arrive. My appointment was schedule between 1 and 5 PM. At 4:52 PM I get a call telling me they are 2 or more hours out. When I told him I was unable to make that appointment, he offered to come early in the morning (when I would be working AGAIN, so more time from work would need to be taken off) I decided to cancel the appointment. Any company that can not keep an appointment or notify the customer in a timely manner does not get my business because it is obvious they don't think my time is worth anything.
