If you ever need service on your AC unit do not use this company. My unit was running and not cooling. When the tech arrived he asked to see the thermostat. I showed him he turned it on. Then he went in the attic to check the filters. After checking the filters we went to the unit outside on the side of the house. He said the unit needed refrigerant he gave me a quote on how much it would cost and guessed how many pounds of refrigerant would be needed. NOT ONCE did he pull out a tool or anything to actually check to see how much refrigerant would be required or even check to see if the unit was leaking, or anything like that. He said because it was raining he could not check for a stain (whatever that mean) and when he got back to the office he would have someone put in the system that he would have to come back out to check those things when it was not raining. Well, guess what. I have not heard back from them. His initial visit was on May 27th. I've called and left a message no response. American Home Shield claims they called and left a message. No, I don't know much about servicing an AC unit and that is why I pay for those services but I do know it takes more of an effort than this man used. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will post my complaint on every and all social media platforms they use to promote their business. I work hard for my money and I will not allow anyone to steal what I have earned.
