I am Rudy, I started RENU Renovations LLC in 2014 as a small family owned business. Since the time I was very young, I have always enjoyed building, and creating things. My Father was a builder, so I grew up around building, saws, nail guns etc. As I grew, some by nature, and some with the coaching of Dad, I developed an eye for seeing things that were not as they should be in the industry, always looking for and finding better ways to do things, better products, exploring product and design weaknesses. This led me through several building and roofing jobs and with various positions that left me unsatisfied with what was possible, and what was left undone. Things that would be OK for the first 10-15 years but were nearly guaranteed to cause premature roof failure. At this early point these cut corners will turn into a very expensive repair, or in many cases a full replacement. As many roofing contractors know, pushing through jobs quickly, even at the expense of quality, is the most profitable way to do business. We have decided instead to individualize each project, taking the entire system into consideration. For instance, finding solutions for ventilation. Over 90% of American homes are not properly vented, this leads to nail pops, mold, warped and delaminated sheeting, plus high temperature attics, which shortens shingle life, and also voids the manufactures warranty. So, I put together a team of men with integrity, that had a vision to do things to a higher standard, more attention to the details and use the best long-term value, highest quality products we could find. This creates a cost factor for the end user. In order to be price competitive, in comparison to other roofing companies, I had to find a way to operate with low overhead, and also buy materials in bulk, to keep costs low This allows me to give all my clients the highest value for the money project available. We make an utmost attempt to live up to our company slogan, QUALITY LEAVES NO REGRETS.

Just as I was preparing to go out of town for a week on a much-needed vacation, my roof decided that this was the perfect moment to leak. I had about 2 days before I would be gone for a week. A friend recommended I call Rudy with RENU Renovations. I called, thinking there was no way he would be able to come by on such short notice. Not only did he come by on short notice, he came by that very afternoon. He did some quick repairs, hoping this would fix the issue, but warned that he could not locate the exact location of the leak, so I’d need to keep an eye on it. So, I went on vacation with fingers crossed and toes in the sand. Unfortunately, the leak did return. On the bright side, it waited until I got back from vacation. I quickly signed the estimate Rudy provided me with on his first visit and lucked out that he and his crew had an opening within about 3 weeks. They completed the job in just 2 days. They re-installed my gutter guards and cleaned up the area so well I could hardly tell they’d been there. They crew were professional and friendly. Rudy is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. In a time where its hard to find anyone with customer-service skills, RENU Renovations exceeded my expectations. I will certainly work with them again!

THEY REPLACED THE SHINGLES ON MY HOUSE AND THE GUEST HOUSE WITH METAL ROOFING, THEY DID A TOTAL REBUILD ON THE PORCH ROOF ALSO. FROM START TO FINISH THE CREW WAS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO EVERY DETAIL! I RAN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR 27 YEARS, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE!

You can't go wrong with Renu Rennivations! I had my roof, chimney, gutters, and newbfront door. From the 1st time they came to look at the job he spent an hour taking pictures and making sure he inspected everything so there were no surprises of increased costs to do the job right. Renu cares about doing everything right and do quality work. Extremely professional, trustworthy, and don't waste there time getting the job done. Once the are done they clean up and you would never know they were there! Highly Recommend!!!!

I was led to this contractor by a friend of a friend. I was first impressed by the quality and content of his estimate. He went into detail about what he would do, and what could be additional cost (such as replacement of plywood or OSB board) . I was equally impressed by the quality of the work performed and the workmanship exhibited. Rudy and his whole crew were very professional. There was probably more time expended on the prep work than the actual time nailing shingles. They ensured no nails were protruding from the decking surface, replaced all boots around piping and vents, and used ice guard fabric in all appropriate places. If you need a roof repair or replacement, this is the team to hire. And by the way, the roof looks great, job site was cleaned up, magnets were used to pick up stray nails, just a well done job. Again I highly recommend Renu Renovations and Rudy Hostetler, you can't find anyone better.
