I had a kitchen remodel in 2018 – what a horrible and exhausting experience. The workmanship was substandard, and management was dismissive, disrespectful and dishonest. I tried on numerous occasions (verbally and in writing) to get what I contracted for and no one from RenVision showed any interest in fixing the numerous problems I encountered. Their only concern was that they were paid. I paid them and on a daily I am upset by the damage they did to my material (I purchased my own material) and home. I was physically sick and continue to fell sick by the experience.
RenVision does not use skilled workers. RenVision workers are careless and show no regard for your property. RenVision workers smoked in my home and did not put plastic or covering over anything. RenVision workers are not timely – they came and left at arbitrary times each. RenVision did not stick to any timelines other than those related to when and how they would be paid.
Before my one year was up (2019) I contacted RenVison in writing with the hopes that they would address my concerns. Shamefully I have yet to receive a reply.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RENVISION. THEY ARE IMPOSTORS. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND GIVING YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. EACH DAY I LOOK AT MY KITCHEN AND AM SADDENED THAT THE DREAMS OF BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN WAS NOT REALIZED. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
