STAY AWAY! Company uses confusing form contract their own employees don't know how to fill out correctly. I'll save you some pain. 1. The company owner is named Danny, for when you request your deposit refund for crap work. 2. Expect them to come back twice to fix their bad work. 3. The refund check will BOUNCE, go to cash it instead at their bank - not yours. 4. Warn others to stay away from this place!

They were hired by our condo management. The person who called to inform me that work was commencing did not make herself clear that this was in Dana Point and not at my residence. I thought it was a telemarketer selling me repiping. Confusion followed and this employee told our board that I was obstructing the work. Daniel should train his employees better and communicate with homeowners as to scope of work. Would not recommend this company.

Ultimate Builders did a re-piping job for me back in March '15. They were pretty efficient. They came in and got everything done. They also cleaned up well after themselves. I did have a small concern, though. I noticed a slight dent in the shower and I didn't bother telling them about it, but I knew they'd fix it if it'd told them about it.

They tested my walls for asbestos. They protected my floors and furniture. They installed the new pipes in one day. The crew was very efficient and friendly. They returned 2 days later to patch up the holes. We passed every inspection. I would recommend this company 100%.
