Needed to install a whole house alarm and camera system at our home near Bucks Bar. General Manager Brian Motheral was quick to assign a team who installed an affordable smart system throughout our home and expansive property in the foothills. I would highly recommend Mr. Motheral and his team

low voltage for new custom home
    $41,000

After installing thousands of dollars worth of equipment into our new, custom home, Republic Elite Integration never came back to finish the job. The owner, Eric, refused to answer our calls, emails, or texts, even after he told us that he didn't like the way the general contractor was handling his contract/payment, but he admitted that he was now paid up to date by the contractor.

We also supplied him with cashed checks (cashed by the contractor) showing that the full 100% invoice amount was completely paid over 6 months ago. Republic Elite Integration's contract also stated that the last 40% of the invoiced amount wasn't even due until the installation, set up, and all components were up and complete. They never finished the job, but were paid for what was already installed, and they admitted this. This company also promised a 45 day support/set up period after completion, along with a warranty that they refuse to honor. I do NOT recommend this company.

Update... Ironically, minutes after we posted on Google, Eric (after numerous attempts to talk with him over the past months and being completely ignored) called us to tell us that he was going to see what he could do to help us, as he wanted to "make the customer happy" and "keep his good name" intact. After speaking with him on two occasions, it became clear that his attempt wasn’t about making us “happy.” He insisted that we purchase merchandise that we no longer needed, but what “on his shelf,” and that we pay him through an escrow account. Because an escrow account would cost us even more money, and that we were actually paying for the same products and work twice, we asked for an alternative, and we were told, “It is probably better for you to have someone else finish this work for you.”

We asked for the mapping of the components that they installed, information on what still needed to be installed and what we actually had paid for, along with warranty information and assistance (with what they already installed and wasn’t working, and had received 100% of payment for which adds up to well over 25k). Joseph from Republic emailed us the old invoice, newly marked in red, showing what was not installed. Unfortunately, they didn’t help us with anything else, and the information provided by Joseph wasn’t correct, and not everything they claim is installed or even on site. Many of the components that they installed don’t even work correctly, and not only are they not responding to us to fix what they did wrong, but they haven’t supplied us with any manuals or other paperwork for us to try and fix things ourselves.

This company didn’t treat us with the respect we deserved. They didn’t communicate with us for months, and they seem to not want to stand by their work by honoring their warranty on work that they installed and were fully paid for. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
