Terrible experience. I had 5 or 6 plugs replaced to 3-prong on one day (275$) but the second time the kid came out he moved an outlet to the right to accommodate a window. Instead of running the wiring to the breaker box in the basement, he connected it to an outlet to the right and left both of them with no ground to the basement. The outlet to the right was so jammed with wiring that there was no way of making it flush. I had a new electrician come out and he redid all of it to make each outlet have a ground and meet code. The work was in the kitchen, especially important to have grounded dedicated outlets. I sent photos and explained to Resendes what happened but he could give a hoot that his employee takes shortcuts and doesn’t meet code. He certainly isn’t interested in refunding me the 275$ for the work done on the second day. I’m not pleased to pay for the work twice but at least I have the peace of mind.
