Resolute Roofing

We had a very positive experience with this roofer. We had to replace our three-year-old roof due to hail damage. Resolute Roofing did everything they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Our contact, Jacob Summerhill, answered all questions promptly and we had excellent communication with him throughout the project, which included working with our insurer, a public adjuster, and our mortgage company. It was quite a process, but Jacob helped us navigate it. Pricing and payment deadlines were clearly explained and reasonable. The crew completed the roof in one day as promised. They were friendly and cleaned up well. One roofer even went into the retention pond behind our house to remove a piece of the plastic used to protect our house that had blown into the water. They did an excellent job of protecting our AC unit (which we had forgotten to turn off during the tear off as advised) with plywood. We were very pleased and feel they went the extra mile and did a good job.

My husband and I had a great experience with Resolute Roofing. Randy Newsome met our insurance adjuster to ensure the necessary repairs were included. He walked with us during the entire process and was very supportive.
The day of the job, the roofers had the entire roof removed in an hour and a half. They were finished and cleaned up by 5 pm. I would highly recommend Resolute Roofing!

Resolute roofing exceeded our expectations by installing our roof ahead of schedule when we had a family vacation planned and materials arrived earlier than expected. Dave and Bob both worked together to make sure we had everything we needed. Dave stepped up and helped us work out some design flaws on our roof to bring us up code and hopefully have a cooler home with lower electric bill. Bob took care of our final walk through and making sure we were happy with everything.

Tear off and peel-n stick on first day. Inspected on second day. Final install on third day. Fantastic!

Scott was the only rep from the 3 companies that actually came out and met with me. Scott and Mark were there every step of the way, answered all my questions, helped me with the insurance claim, followed up and made sure that I was absolutely satisfied with the work done. Resolute Roofing called me back within a few hours (others never called); Resolute Roofing sent their engineer/account manager out to our home the same day to inspect the roof and give us a quote (others quoted us on line using satellite search). Resolute Roofing gave us a fair quote (others were higher). Resolute Roofing started the job as soon as the permit came through/less than 2 weeks. (others said the permit would take 4-7 weeks and one said they couldn't put us on start list for 7 months). Resolute Roofing said we could keep our newer/2 year old gutters with no problems. (others said gutters had to be replaced at our cost). Resolute Roofing started the job and had it completed within days - working around some pretty bad thunderstorms. Resolute provided quality services and very fair pricing. They finished the roof replacement quickly, cleaned the work site, and had the permit closed out within a week. My husband and I recently called Resolute Roofing to replace the roof on our home. I spoke with Kenny Mac Donald and was given an estimate to do the job. We had previously got estimates from 5 other roofing companies and chose to work with Resolute because Kenny was very professional and I checked out the companies reviews and reputation and liked what we saw. They said they could start our roof in about 4 weeks however they started the job in 2 weeks from when we signed the contract. Resolute exceeded all of our expectations and kept their word every step of the way. Our roof is approximately 4800 square feet they began on June 23rd and were finished by June 25th. The roof looks amazing and they protected our Swimming Pool and landscaping with tarps as promised and cleaned everything up afterwards which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Resolute to anyone who needs their roof replaced as they were a pleasure to work with.

We chose Resolute Roofing from a group of contractors that we got estimates from a year ago! We chose contractors that were local, veteran owned with 5 star ratings. Dean, the rep, came pretty close to the old estimate, which was a pleasant surprise! A large crew arrived on the first day to do the tear-off. They worked a full day. The crew covered all landscaping and our pool to carefully protect our property. They ended the first day with our roof prepped for shingles and my property spotless! Before they left, a large magnet was rolled over our lawn to trap any stray nails! They came back the second day to shingle and were finished in about 5 hours! They did a beautiful job! Brad and Resolute roofing were great to deal with. Brad performed the initial inspection took pictures of the damaged areas and helped guide me through the process of dealing with my Insurance claims adjuster. The claims adjuster initially denied my claim but with Brad and Resolutes help the insurance company paid for the repairs and new roof minus my deductible. Resolute even offered me a lawyer at no cost to me. once I mentioned that I had a lawyer the claims adjuster then approved my claim. The new roof looks great and was professionally done. great job by Brad and Resolute.

I would call Resolute a Triple “A” company and highly recommend. They did a great job on the roof, put traps out before, cleaned up and used a magnet to sweep yard for nails. After they left, the yard looked as good as before. A special mention for our representative Dean. He is great to work with.

They started and finished exactly when they said they would. The crew was very professional and they cleaned up the yard at the end of each work day. Greg, our account rep., was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions. Our new roof looks great, we are very happy with it, and best of all it fell within our budget. Resolute Roofing did an excellent job on our home and RV garage. They were courteous, prompt and responsive to all our questions and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was amazed by the care they took of my property throughout the installation process. Care was taken to prevent debris from injuring my gardens & bushes. They covered my A/C unit, my swimming pool, all the pool equipment, etc. The work crews and the site supervisor continually cleaned scrap, metal chards, screws, etc from my property. While I stayed out of the way most of the time, I did venture outside to watch occasionally. I asked a number of questions and always got polite and correct answers. The metal pieces of my new metal roof are all perfectly aligned. The quality of the material and workmanship is beyond reproach. I can highly recommend Resolute for the installation of any metal roof. My home is now a neighborhood show-piece.
