Not sure if they are good or not because I hired them, wrote a contract, they signed the contract, 2 weeks prior to the job starting, spoke with Tony several times on the Friday before the job was starting. Monday comes, no show, no call, ignores texts, ignores emails, doesn't respond at all. So, who knows if they do a good job because they dont show up! Put my company in a really bad spot.

Resource 1 Construction Services did an excellent job on the stucco renovation at my home. Our home had Mold under the stucco and Resource 1 came in and removed all the stucco and particle board the builder used. They installed all new Plywood and subcontracted out the Cedar Shake Siding we chose. They were very professional and never left any construction debris behind on a daily basis. If you have Stucco issues, these are your guys.
