I had a flat roof installed on my home in April of 2014 that came with a 15 year warranty. The roof started having a leak issue and I called them up to come take a look at the roof. They called me back within 24 hours and told me I had to pay a $250 fee for them to come out and put something on the roof. Mind you they were made aware of the leaks coming from the roof and I wasn't interested in paying them to do additional work since the work that they did do was obviously subpar. They ended up not showing up on the day they were supposed to be here. I called them several more times and they just stopped responding to my calls altogether, all additional 8 of them. I had another person call them on my behalf and again they only returned her initial call to tell her I needed to pay them to come out. The leak issue was still occurring of course because they failed to come out and even look at the roof until I agreed to give them the $250.00. If I was already unsatisfied with their work why would I want to give them additional money to do more work? I have since had a major issue with the roof where it was literally raining in my home from the storm a couple days ago. The damage to my house was so intensive that I needed to have a restoration company come out to do demolition work on my home. I have since had several roofers come out to my home to take a look at the roof. One of them did a temporary patch until I am able to replace the roof again. There is another major issue with the roof installed that my lawyer will be addressing with the company. I have since left reviews on their business Facebook page where they then slandered my character and were extremely condescending in their tone. Anything but "Respectable"! Steer clear of this company! if you check out the complaints they've generated on BBB you will see the issue I had with a leaky roof is not an anomaly. It has happened before and will probably continue to occur until they are held responsible for failure to adhere to their own written warranties.

I had my roof replaced in the beginning of 2018 with warranty.. I have a leak on my porch roof now that they are saying wasn’t worked on at the time. This is concerning because after the initial roof job I called them about a leak on the porch roof and they came and said they would fix it. They came to my residence and it was my understanding that it was fixed. Now they’re saying they never worked on the porch roof and it is not covered by my warranty. This business does not seem to operate in an honest way. I have called numerous times initially they stated they would come and never did. And when I called again they said they stopped at my house (which I was not aware of) and that’s when they gave me the news that my porch is not under warranty. I asked to have the owner call me and I have yet to hear from him (Don). It has been at least one week.
