    Replace roof with new and repair water damage in home.

    He repaired the bedroom water leak and replaced the roof in Oct 2020. The roof leaked and damaged the bed room. He would not return my calls and the subcontactors he used to do the would not honor their work. So it cost me 4k to repair their work. Do not this business for any reason.

    I'm a disabled military veteran who was scammed out of over 23K by the owner of Complete Restoration of Central Florida LLC. He took my funds and abandoned the construction project. He is now currently under investigation for unlicensed activity by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR). Please ensure widest dissemination to all consumers to stay as far away from this guy as possible. See recent BBB complaints and DBPR complaint for the owner.

    New Laundry Room Window Installation
    $2,100

    In my opinion, a business can not get any more unprofessional than Complete Restoration of Central Florida and it's President, Rondy Martin.

    We hired this company to install new windows in our laundry room in February 2020. When hired, we informed them the house had recently been tented for termites and there was a lot of termite damage. They quoted us the price for new sliding windows and we were told 3 weeks to delivery and installation. Matt Gehman told us that the window installer/carpenter would replace any wood , as needed, around the frame.

    After 2 months, we still had no windows and very little communication from them. Matt told me he had to fire his project manager b/c he was terrible at his job. Dude, really?

    Finally, the windows were delivered in late April. They hired a totally unprofessional sub-contractor by the name of Marc who was either too lazy or incompetent to visually inspect the condition of the window frame when he removed the existing windows and before installing the new windows.

    The new windows were installed in completely termite damaged wooden framed. We only discovered their installer's completely SHODDY craftsmanship when it was time to replace the laundry room door. We were shocked and surprised to see the amount of damage in the wooded window frame.

    When I called Complete Restoration to inform them of our discovery, they came to our house to inspect what we had uncovered. Sadly, Matt was offended by an off-hand remark made by my wife.

    They now refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy craftsmanship after Matt already verbally promised to "take care of it..."

    Now Rondy Martin, their child-like President has involved himself and has made direct threats against me about "defamation". Yeah!

    In my opinion, I would AVOID THIS COMPANY. The quality of their work is sub par and they don't deliver on time. They take zero accountability for their subordinates. They hire incompetent sub-contractors. They refuse to honor commitments.

    Your money would be better spent elsewhere.
