    Attic Remodel project

    My house badly needed more storage space so I contacted RCS via BuildZoom. Fred Watkins, from RCS, viewed my request, provided me with various ideas, gave me a quote, worked with the engineer, and kept me informed of the progress (pre-work) every step of the way. Once the building permit was received, it was only 2 days before he came with his crew. His estimate of 3 to 4 days turned out to be 2.5 days to completion. His crew, led by Richard, was amazing. They worked very hard, were incredibly appropriate and respectful, kept me informed of the progress they were making. At one point, a very small section of my bedroom ceiling was damaged. This was fixed to my total satisfaction with no issues. Before they left, they cleaned everything, including a sweep of my driveway where they had been sawing. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.

    Considered for Basement Remodel

    Great response time for both in-home consult & initial bid. Polite and friendly communication. Bid was the highest of 5 submitted so far and included lower quality finishes such as fiberglass tub and shower and carpeting. Did not receive a response to my follow-up questions/adjustments after reviewing the initial bid.
