Horrid experience dealing with the company Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc and the company owner Michael Zeitz.
Dealing with faulty negligent work by Restoration and renovation & maintenance experts llc and the company's owner Michael Zeitz has been nothing short of one of the worst experiences of my life. This company install a floor (same time of everything I mentioned below before the update) and the floor was negligently installed wrong it started to Bubbling Up after a few months of installation and I called the owner Michael Zeitz and he dragged out fixing the floor for well over a month. When they came back to fix the floor again it bubbled up and I decided to go to Lowes for my warrenty on the floor to have them fix the problem instead and found out by Lowes that Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc negligently installed the floor wrong, the expansion gap measurements were not done, the floor was installed in the wrong places as well which voided my warrenty. I called the owner Michael Zeitz and after denying his company did anything wrong he did his own investigation with Lowe's and after being told the same thing I was told he agreed to pay for the floor but he did not want to do the work, which he have yet to pay for. I have a physical medical condition/disability and at the time I originally dealt with Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc and Michael Zeitz, I was also dealing with a "Pseudo Tumor Cerebri'" when the company Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc did the faulty and negligent the work for me (mention more down below the update).

I had surgery and I was dealing with the loss of a close family member at the same time. The owner Michael Zeitz was stressing me out by dragging out him paying me for the floor, so I told him I'll call him after I healed physically from surgery after the holidays. I did called and text, to no avail. The owner have yet, to pay for the floor and told me the only way he would pay for the floor was to silence my voice reviewing his company Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc with me signing a Gag order which is in MY" opinion is
nothing but a bribe. I rejected signing a Gag order because his company was negligent and did the work wrong. If you believe your company did nothing wrong why would you want me to sign a Gag order..? The owner Michael Zeitz knew he was wrong. The company also did plumbing work for me (during the same time I mentioned down below the update) with the faulty and negligent installation of the floor. The plumbing work was faulty and negligent as well and caused a sewage (feces, sewage flies etc) back up in the most disgusting horrible way. The back up sewage caused a contamination emergency which the clean up company had to cut walls of the entire perimeter due to the sewage backing up in the walls because Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc negligently installed a drain which was only 1.5 inch and not 2 inch like it was suppose to be, which was told to me by a licensed plumber (which I had to pay out of pocket) and the licensed plumber had to unclog the drains put a camera into the drains to see what was going on. He saw that the work for the plumbing was fairly new, but stated "installed incorrectly." The only company/people who installed any plumbing down there was Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc. I wanted to tell the owner Michael Zeitz in person so I can personally show him everything (about 80 percent) was damaged due to his company negligence and faulty work. Since he kept dragging out talking to me, and said he was sick, and continue avoiding me (like he has done countless times in the past) I told him through text what happen with the plumbing all due to his faulty and ne negligent work, and I have pictures and professionals to prove it. He did not want to pay for anything I paid out of pocket, or anything due to his company faulty work with the plumbing instead trying to get me to sign a gag order and paying just for the floor only ($1600) because he did not want anyone to know about this. Also he stated his warranty was only 1 year, but yet you still agreed to pay for the floors (Although he had yet to do it) and the negligently installed floor and negligently installed plumbing by his company Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc was done at the same time. But Michael Zeitz don't want to paid for the faulty plumbing, which caused a back up sewage emergency contamination, which damaged almost everything I had down there. Dealing with Restoration renovation & maintenance experts llc and the owner Michael Zeitz and the owner's unwarranted and disrespectful comments to me (see down below update) is one of the worst experiences I have ever endured by a company and its owner in my life. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy let alone anyone else. PLEASE BEWARE & STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY RESTORATION RENOVA

Horrible experience.
Takes on too many jobs and not enough workers to complete the job. They started my project almost a year late after the first contract was signed. (Which he deceitfully lied about numerous things including getting legal paperwork to have me sign) The company took forever to start the work. Michael Zeitz (The Owner) do not call back his clients especially when his company installed something wrong or the appliances doesn't work, and when he do call back he threatens and intimidate you to stall to fix his work (if he decides to actually fix it). I Still have yet to recieve a new door knob to the new security door they installed which was starched deeply and chipped when I recieved it. In my experience with this company they  overcharged on everything they do especially when it comes to women because they think they are not business savvy & won't notice their overcharging on the project. He made sexual references and advances towards me that were inappropriate. Once he found out my sexual orientation (meeting my girlfriend) he was rude and made homophobic comments and then became really difficult to work with in kept reminding me he had me with this contract, which he was deceitful and lied from the very beginning to have me sign the contract (twice). I have a disability and was very ill and he took advantage of me while I was sick with a pseudo Tumor and kept threatening me in regards to the contract among other things. I was very sick due to my pseudo tumor and couldn't make rational decisions because of it and he lied, deceived me and threatened to not  finish the work if he didn't get his money upfront.
Lastly, after his company installed a brand new furnace for my Tenants, it is not working at all. On (11/11/2017)I Called Michael (the owner) numerous times today to fix the problem to no avail. The furnace does not work due to the faulty work that included the thermostat to the furnace which his company installed. He refused to fix it. So my Tenants are without heat and my pipes might get messed up from the freezing cold due to his faulty work. Not to mention his poorly construction with my appliances and his lies of obtaining legal paperwork which was unbeknownst to me he never got. (while I was suffering from a pseudo tumor which he was aware of and took advantage of). I recently gave him a negative review on Facebook and he called to threatened me if I didn't take it down and refused to fix his faulty work and reinforce his lies about legal paperwork he said he obtained =which he did not against me) . I will not recommend this company and I will be reviewing his work in detail with dusty pics of his finished work amongst my experience with the company as much as I can to everyone I know or don't know to let people know the unprofessionalism and headaches I endured dealing with this company. I will report to the Better Business Bureau. Everything that glitters is NOT* gold. The pictures of the work may be nice but its not worth, discrimination due to my sexual orientation, sexual rude comments, taking advantage of me while suffering from a pseudo tumor, feeling violated, Michael lies, refusing to fix the work if you didn't do what he wanted! Waiting to start the project and the headache of dealing with unprofessionalism when it Comes to the owner Michael Zeitz!
