horrible no communication not answering phone calls not able communicate with claims adjusters not providing requested documentation example my claim with my insurance company for roof repair and bathroom repair due to mold in july all they did was tarp 348 sq ft and charged insurance for 1200 sq ft costing $2270in August when asked for pictures of the roof were not able Eric said "we didn't do pictures when we tarped because the insurance company didn't tell us to then suddenly in late November pictures of a roof was sent to my claims adjuster and he finally sent me a check I also received a letter to me in November they had placed a lien on my house WOW and now they're threatening to foreclose on me their slogan good people to turn to if you are smart you should look elsewhere for help
