Our insurance agent suggested we call RestoreMasters when our basement was accidently flooded this summer. They responded quickly, assessed the damage and started the clean-up process about an hour later, working far into the night. We had over 2" of water in our entire basement with damage to carpets, walls and baseboards. After the initial clean up, someone came almost every day to check on their fans, extracting machines and to assess the drying process. When the entire basement was dry, they sent crews to put our basement back together. Our walls, where the water had come through the windows, were properly fixed or replaced, repainted and new baseboard installed to our satisfaction. RestoreMasters staff were polite, helpful and skilled throughout the whole process, and they worked with our insurance company until the completion of our claim of which we are grateful. I would recommend them.
