Miguel has done multiple jobs for me. I like that he can pretty much do any job that I ask him from laying tile to fixing a plumbing issue. And he is reasonably priced. I appreciate that when I have an emergency he can show up and get it taken care of.

Restrepo was referred from a friend that uses them for all rental property needs. I started using them for small jobs to see their work and responsiveness. Suffice to say I now use them for all of my investment property needs AND, as a result of the excellent work, they are now my "go to" for my home as well. Very satisfied with their care, attention to detail, over all workmanship quality and timeliness. Not to mention they do almost everything from major repairs to cosmetic upgrades to complete rebuilds. We have developed a partnership based on trust and care. Thank you Miguel!!

We trusted Miguel,with our home. He began back in July and did a few projects for us. It started of well, until mid August we had a existing basement window that we asked if he can make into a door and staircase. A total of $11k for the project. We paid architect fees, Village fees, and plumbing fees aside from his payments. Late August, We were about $43k invested at this point with A large hole on the side of our home. He began ignoring our calls & text messages. And would only call us back when he felt like it. He would send one or two guys to our home once or twice a week, or half days just to make us believe things were getting done. But there would be NO PROGRESS. Didn’t work all of September but Yet again would contact us to ask for more money to begin working again, He had us at a vulnerable state because we just wanted our house done, so we continue to give him money. But yet again he wouldn’t show up. Again calling and texting & no answer! Fast forward to October I finally said enough and threatened to take legal action if he didn’t finish the project! We were at $49k and he asked for $3,500 to Complete project. We Gave him a total of $52,500. And ended up hiring sub to do the work for him. Miguel asked me to pay the sub $6k when we had already given Miguel the full payment for this project. He inflated his invoice to make us believe we owed him more money. I looked over Invoice line by line and noticed we had charges that were already paid for and others that were paid but not completed and Done half assed. but he was saying we still owed him. I will not pay him a cent more when he hasn’t finished what he started. Please Beware of this person, he’s unprofessional and will talk over you and make you feel like the your crazy and he’s right. He comes across trustworthy but is not. He could careless of your money. I will get my house finished one way or another. I wish you could what my house looks like currently. I hope he can sleep at night.

The team at Restrepo construction is amazing. They fixed the leak in our finished basement and rebuilt everything like the issue never happened.
