Our complaint starting with the simplest to the worst!
1. He cut up the door while putting in the new door knob.
2. The towel racks are falling out of the door, they were not secure.
3. The trim around the ceiling of the shower was not completely painted. You can see the wood.
4. The new drywall that he put in was not sanded in the corners
5. Caulk between ceiling and the shower trim is cracking
6. Paint between new drywall and the ceiling doesn’t match. You can see where he missed spots
7. Ceiling paint is flacking. Doesn’t seem there was any prep work done before he painted
8. Nails/screws in drywall under our toilet paper holder are surfacing from the new drywall
9. Drywall tape is separating above the toilet paper holder of the new drywall. Turns out it was a leak in the vent pipe that was not there before he did our work.
Turns out, when we got in a new contactor that the ceiling fan he installed was hooked up wrong. Only half of the fan was working, the other side was hooked up to the light.
He returned $200 when he said he wouldn’t come back and that would be all that it would cost to get someone else to make the corrections.
We are on our third contractor and well, well, over the $200
