I had Resurrection pools come out and do a bid on my pool resurfacing and re-tile work. It was the owner that did the bid. He seemed in a hurry all the time he was at my house. Something just didn't seem or sit right. The more I checked around and did research on the company, the more bad things i found out. I had also asked about when they re-tiled if they removed all the old tile, and their response was - no. THAT IS A BIG NO NO !! Skipping corners like this can only attest probably to shoddy work they do. I also was told that the company has changed its name three times. Hum, that is a little odd? Anyway, with all the bad press I found out from previous customers and other, I decided to go with a different company. I'm glad I did.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a Florida contractor. Gave 2 stars because of sales presentation and finished product.
Disappointments during course of project :
* four separate teams came in, only one communicated what was being done and what to expect next
* hooked up a sump pump in main drain and wanted to run for 5 days. Had to text as to "why", gave lame excuse so I ran only one hr per day and no issues. Saved over 115 hrs of electricity which would have been wasted
* poor scheduling. Went 2-1/2 days with no one working on pool
* one tile was chipped. Showed last person on site, complaint completely ignored
* given verbal estimate for additional work, charged twice the amount and had to settle on paying $200 more than intended
* one crew lost an expensive fire hose nozzle, rep offered to replace but never received
* promised 2 days of chemicals added to new water, received only one.

One of the worst experiences with a company and I would never recommend them. Extremely unprofessional employees and the owner doesn't care about their customers. While in the office making selections I heard the staff yelling in the back and saying obscene things. Brought it to the other employees attention and was treated like It was a joke. The pool turned out horrible and the surface had patches of that are uneven with dark spots everywhere. Called the office to see if someone could come back out to fix it and they never got back with me.
