The holidays are a busy time for any family, throw in an undectected pipe leak that causes flooding and impacts three different rooms in a family home and you've got a total disaster. Thankfully, a trusted friend referred us to Steve and Freddie and the team from RSI and they helped us every step of the way with working with our insurance to get our home put back together (possibly even better!) than before.
I especially appreciated how well they communicated exactly what the timeline was for our restoration and what they should expect to accomplish every day. They were prompt in answering any questions and helped us problem solve when our insurance company did not.
The sub-contractors (painters, carpet installers, dry wall contractors) were all extremely professional and made me feel very safe having them in my home (most of the time I was home by myself and with my young children). I never for a moment felt uncomfortable or uneasy with the RSI team in my home, they were polite, tidy and easy to communicate with.
The quality of work that the RSI team provided was excellent, they really went above and beyond to restore our home in a timely manner during the busiest time of year. We couldn't be more appreciative for their help and would recommend them one hundred percent.

I would not recommend this contractor. Communication was poor. I often had to call to see if they were coming. They installed in floor heating in an unventilated closet. While this was done at my request, I later realized that this type of installation voided the warranty. After much discussion, a fan on a thermostat was installed so the space will not overheat. After the initial installation of the shower head, I only had cold water in the shower. They returned to fix the issue. Now I only have hot water. After more than a week, I’m still waiting for them to return. When a plumber came to fix the problem, he discovered a valve had been installed improperly. There will need to be a hole cut in the wall to get this done.
