He is extremely knowledgeable of both the mechanicals/logistics, as well as of the licensing and codes across the construction spectrum. He is fair, resourceful and dependable. He brings decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the projects from conception to completion. He cares for both the owners and the property, and is adaptable and conscientious. He is able to troubleshoot quickly when issues arise, and is responsive in generating long lasting solutions.

We purchased a condo in May so that we could provide permanent housing for our daughter going to school at HPU on Oahu. We love the island almost as much as she does, so needed room for us to come visit frequently as well. We purchased a 3-bedroom condo that was dated and needed quite a bit of updating as well as maintenance after the purchase. The work we needed was fairly extensive, and Jevon was able to work with our budget and needs list, and provide a great result and value. The end result is that we were able to move in to the unit in time to get furnished and setup, and have our daughter ready to start school as planned just 3 months later! We had a couple of challenges with product delivery, but Jevon was able to continue progress on other areas while we waited, and kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. We were able to handle the entire renovation process remotely from WA State, and are so thankful for his experience and expertise, it made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Thank you Jevon, I will recommend your services to everyone, and look forward to our continued relationship as our Oahu contractor for life!

Jevon was terrific to work with on our project. He was polite, courteous, punctual, understanding, realistic, and fair. He was thoughtful on his approach and worked closely to accommodate our needs (both in desires of materials, prompt scheduling, etc.). When gathering bids amongst other contractors, Jevon was prompt and personal in following up. Even after the project had completed, he was checking in to ensure all was well and we had no further questions or concerns. For the quality and the timeliness of the project, he was where I was hoping and expecting to invest - didn't low-ball with inadequate materials or poor performance, but also didn't come in overshooting for the work that needed done.
