Matt Hunt is a one man show and owner of Revamp Home\Construction.
He’s your typical GC: over promise and under deliver. For starters, he was the sole cause of many delays: construction hold by county and fine to owner by DOPL when he turned wrong topographical information, hired a roofer that was to install asphalt as well as metal roof. Owner found them not doing job right, learned ReVamp had three different roofers just to finish asphalt shingle, after repeated request for information on metal roof, at 2-weeks before closing, 15-months into a build that was to be done in 10 months, GC still had no metal roofer contracted, owners had to settle on asphalt in order to close. GC argued verbal, recorded gasoline install instructions from gas company’s’ installer, delayed project by 6-weeks, which delayed paint and carpet portions to be completed. Owner had to take over draws as GC was not making them timely…and list goes on. Matt was in breach of contract as of June 2024 and then told owners they were in breach of contract in April 2025 when we asked he warranty the driveway access that fractures because he did not prep it with appropriate road base or compaction. Do not use this GC, he’s not capable or skilled to do anything but run a skidster. Why DOPL awards so many people a GC license without truly vetting them leads to GCs just like ReVamp working a in field they should never be permitted to do so.
