I can’t speak of quality as I was not able to hire Anthony, but I can speak of customer service I experienced.
Anthony came over to look at my project. I was told a quote will be emailed. I waited. Nothing. I followed up- was informed a quote will be ready next week. I waited. Two plus weeks later I followed up again and was told Anthony was not interested in my project…
It’s cool not to take a project. What’s not professional is to promise a quote several times and then drop. If you have to chase a business for a quote … you might just want to skip the headache and look elsewhere. Communication and keeping your word is as important in business as work quality.
