Let me tell you about when I first used Alan and his team- it was when I was intending to fix / replace the fence and deck put in around my house. The Wife kept bringing it up, asking when I would have it finished. I was thinking to my self, "Darling, if I say I am gonna do something, I am gonna do it. There is no need to remind me every 6 months!".
Anyway, the problem with these ranches that got thrown up in the 1980s is that sometimes the people cut corners on their construction; my deck only had a trusses every 3 feet or so. So naturally, you can expect that this deck wasn't sturdy. It was like a trampoline, it bounced so much! I quickly realized that I was in way over my head.
So, Revive Works came in and did a very accurate estimate. Within the next few days they demolished the old the deck, put in trusses and supports, AS PER CODE, topped the deck off and put up beautiful fence that surrounding it. The lines are straight, the wood doesn't warp, and most of all, The Wife has stopped bugging me about getting it fixed. Can't put a price on that, amiright?!
I really appreciate that Alan and his crew was professional and clean and they did very good, timely quick work. And they were punctual, which somehow seems to be a more rare quality these days. I have seen "affordable" contractors turn projects turn into disasters because they were unreliable.
Having a contractor that is straightforward with you and is reliable is a godsend! I recommend Alan and the Revive Works crew to anyone that is looking for hight quality, punctuality and customer service.
