While we are ultimately happy we have added a new master bed/bath to our new home, working with Jorge and his crew proved to be very frustrating. We feel he low-balled the estimate to get our business, then over-booked the workers so we never knew when they would come to our house and work on our project. In the end, the workmanship is shoddy and we are still finding problems. In fact, because of the incomplete work, after just 5 months from our "finish date," things are coming apart. Even though Jorge gave us a ONE Year guarantee of the work, we are so disappointed and don't trust him to come back. Personally, we made friends with all the workers and that makes this situation all the more sad.
