Feb. 20, 2015,
I love my home. We purchased our home in 2010 and its still a great house. Have not had a major problem with the place. I have personally met Mr. Tippit, because we had a few minor issues. He showed up to my house just to see what the problem was, which made me feel like he cares. The four neighbors I (known) have loved their homes and haven't had an issue with them. If I could I would paste a picture of my place. -

Would never recommend his company to anyone. He is the worst builder I've ever come across. He procrastinates on fixing things or either ignores you until you bug him enough. Getting in touch with him is a hassle. He cares more about selling homes than he does about making sure his previous buyers are good to go after the final paperwork has been done up. All he wants is that final signature and he's done with you altogether. I've complained to the BBB and still didn't get anywhere. If I mention lawsuit to Denver, he replies with, "I don't care, I've got enough money to win." He's a careless man with a bs company.

By Lucy P.July 3, 2014Bought his homeHorrible Customer Service
Mr. Denver Tippet builds beautiful homes and we love our house and neighborhood. Unfortunately Mr. Tippet is too busy building new homes, to take care of the ones he has already sold. It takes an unreasonably long amount of time to get in contact with him. Texts go unanswered for weeks, and then they are usually answered with, "I am very busy, will try to be there this week." Eventually, the work gets done but after a lot of unwanted and unnecessary frustration by the buyer. As of right now I have a job that was started and have been asking for it to be completed for weeks and I either get no response or the "I'm very busy" response. Through my frustration, I have threatened to complain about the service to the BBB and the response I got was to go ahead and now the work may not be finished at all. I feel Mr. Tippet only cares about selling more homes and once they are sold he makes it so difficult to get a hold of him that most buyers will give up and take care of the problems themselves. I give him two stars only because I love my home and do not regret buying it but Mr. Tippet's customer service is so poor that I would never recommend him to anyone!

Builder does NOT resolve issues that are found to be his fault. In home built less than 2 years ago by this builder, a nightmare has happened. After numerous attempts to have this builder come resolve a horrific find in structure of home, we have given up and are taking care of repairs out of pocket that are adding up by thousands of dollars. We do not recommend this builder.

Revolution Homes is now Tippet Homes to date. The owner, Denver Tippet has not changed in his manor of carling and quality of his work. We elected him to build our new home in Temple, TX, moved in on December 2021 and TO DATE, this business owner, home builder has not completed his blue tape walk through, one year warranty corrections, and has blocked us from social media. Currently looking into pursuing a lawsuit against Mr. Denver Tippet and his home building business.
