I have worked in the building industry for 30+ yrs. My father was a very talented and successful carpenter, so my passion for building came at an early age. I started in concrete and over the years mastered all the different trades to building custom homes.     Considered for Shed Construction

    Contractor was scheduled to be at my house at 10am today but didn't make it. He instead called around 10:15. I didn't like the fact that he wanted to use a kit from Home Depot for the shed rather than building it from scratch with better quality material. In his favor I will say he was courteous on the phone. I'm kind of surprised that you recommended him even though his one review on line was not favorable.

    Yes, Mr. Davis is correct, I didn't make it to the scheduled appt.at !0:00 am as I was at another job where I was needed to explain structural procedures to a client before we commenced work. I admit I lost track of time. But on my behalf, Mr. Davis informed me that he would be home until 1:00 pm that day and my presence at the other job was needed. I do believe that none of this negative response would even be happening if he wouldn't have read the totally false claims I received on my first review and furthermore build zoom can see this as they track all of our conversations, text, and voice and have not done anything to help prove these accusations are false when all they would have to do is look at the calls and texts and they would see. So if anyone else reads this Please just give me a chance and I will prove that I have a reputable company. Thanks for listening. By the way, I have plenty of other references if I can to provide.

    Decks and Porches project

    Darin did pretty good work, but he was not dependable. He didn’t show up several times when he was supposed to, didn’t call and would not answer phone calls. I would never recommend him. The least he could have done was send a short text to say he was going to be late. Very disappointed.

    This review is not factual by any means I showed up on time to give the bid. Spent a lot of extra time looking around for railings to help the customer save money. Kept the client informed on when the materials would arrive at to different locations picked the Materials up at no charge. The first day I informed the client that I would be there at 8:00 am and I was right on time. The next day was a Saturday which I normally don't work on weekends, but I did to finish the job. I called the client from Home Depot at 10:00 am and explained that Home Depot sent the railing post sleaves to the wrong store so I had to go and pick them up at no extra charge. Never did i discuss what time I was going to be there on Sat. I was only at this Job for 1 1/2 days. So I am not getting where Im so undependable and further more I did the job for 1/3 of the price the other 2 contractors bid. So I guess your welcome.
