I am the Coop Board president and we use Rex to review the alterations shareholders want to do. He interacts with them more than me. I just have to sign DOB applications as the building rep.We trust his judgment and have had no issues or problems with his work except that he is very busy and sometimes hard to reach.

I would give Mr. Heuermann and his team very positive reviews -- he was timely, thorough, and able to push the right buttons at the Buildings Dept. His fees were very much in keeping with industry standard. I have no problem recommending him.Our project ended up being delayed and much more complicated than we imagined, but that had nothing to do with Mr. Heuermann, who stood with us during our challenges.
