Nick is the worst. He installed our system 1 1/2 yers ago and we have had to have him back 3 or 4 times since. Today is the worst. The humidifying system wasn't working so he he "fixed" it yesterday. Today i came home from work, all the ceilings were wet, there was water on the floor, and the top of my valuable, beloved, antique vanity table is RUINED. I give him minus 5 stars and will report him to BetterBusiness Bureau and anywhere else I can,
