Hired them to perform standard furnace maintenance. Kevin hardly did any work except he replaced a part that was working and did not need replacement. Charged me a hundreds of dollars for the part and replacement. I hired another company, Poudre Valley Air, afterwards and they did a 45 point check and confirmed the part did not need to be replaced. I am pursuing small claims court.
