  We've used them in the past as well for larger jobs and feel that they knew exactly what we wanted, they knew what reflected our personalities and did a spectacular job from start to finish. The cleanup was great for you couldn't even really tell someone had just came out to do any large renovations. Their pricing far out ways the work they do. Super reasonable!! They are a constant reminder within our family when we go outside to enjoy the beautiful hard work they did to our yard. Thank you RL!

  Following up on my last two comments for Rios. The six person crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. There was a lot to do and I thought it would take them most of the day to finish. They were done by noon. The quality of their work was as good or better than I expected and I was very satisfied with the results. In spite of the issues leading up to hiring them, they delivered a great service at a great price. Highly recommended.

  Received the quote right after posting the May 22nd feedback, but had already scheduled two more landscapers to come out and give quotes. One was out yesterday and gave a quote that was almost triple for the same work. Decided to go ahead and give RIOS a try since they had the best bid by far, the work to be done is clearly spelled out in the work order, and I know their work quality since at least two of my neighbors use them. They're coming out tomorrow to start work. I'll update again once they've finished.

  Didn't return my first call. Had to call them again to get someone to return my call. They came out to review the work as promised and said that they would be able to start Tue/Wed the following week. It took them several days to call about the quote and they gave a reasonable quote on the phone, but said that they could not start until a week after they had promised. When I pressed, they said they would try to come out at the originally agreed time and said they would email me a quote for approval. Four days later, I still have not received the quote.

  I used this landscaper in the past. He does a good job, is reasonably priced, and delivers what is promised. Some of his staff is temporary, not always someone there who speaks English during the job.
