Richard was incredible! We called him out for a second opinion after Lee Company had been out and given us a quote for replacing all of the drain pipes for two bathrooms and the stacks connected to those drains. I was taken aback by how kind, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable Richard was when he came for a quote. Unlike any other service professional I have ever worked with, Richard's main concern was what we wanted to see happen. I told him, he meticulously went through an inspection of the issues, and came up with an exact description of what he could fix to accomplish our goal (it is important to note here that what he found needed to be fixed was very different than the overly expansive quote that Lee had given us.) Richard then came in WELL under the price that Lee had quoted us for the work. He was able to come and knock out the entire job in one day (Lee told us it may be as many as three days) the very next day. His work was stupendous and his professionalism is unmatched. I would recommend Richard over and over again.
