    Inground pool installation

    RFT Services was extremely efficient. They started when they told me they'd start and they finished when they said they would be finished. Justin straight forward and smart. He is very helpful when it comes to suggestions or what you might want to be. He is also very easy to work with Justin and his entire crew are the hardest working guys I've ever come across. They exceeded my expectations on every aspect of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    RFT Services built our in-ground liner swimming pool last year. It was a kit I purchased from Poolwarehouse.com. They did a great job in advising us on how to best go about the project and installing it. The workmanship is great and they were very helpful with answering any questions we had (and I had many, never having had a pool before…). I found them to be very responsive and take ownership of the project. We are now into our second season of the pool and everything is working great, no issues.
    Based on our very positive experience, I highly recommend them.

    I would not recommend this business to anyone.
    They put a pool in one year(June 2012 and in July 2013 a portion of the one wall collapsed.) End of
    June 2013 we started to lose water and by the Middle of July; 3/4 of the pool water was out.
    I called for service and to see about a warranty and it took 2 wks. to come out and I was told ahead of time even before he came out to see pool; that I would be paying him for everything. Then the day he came, that morning is when the wall collapsed.
    He told us that nothing was his fault and everything was our problem and we would have to pay for everything. The pool was sold to us by Artesian and it was told to us that we could have it built into the side of a hill and RFT surveyed our property and said also that he could build it that way. Well he has washed his hands of this problem and we are left with a pool that is not use able unless we fork out more money to have it fixed. We feel he should be taking some responsibility.
    Artesian is going to supply us with all parts and a new liner, what ever is needed( FREE of CHARGE)
