We had a combination of repairs and remodel requests on our 2006 residence that this contractor promised could be handled on budget and in time. We fired them after poorly executed demo work that was incomplete and not on time. There were no changes to scope of work but they could not stay on budget and said they had to charge time and materials on top of the inflated budget. They had huge staff turnover and over charged for time on worthless drawings done by unlicensed drafts people who were not architects. Their “design” service does not have any licensed or trained interior design staff and was worthless. They primarily hire subcontractors and charge 50% - 100% on top of the subcontractors bid as we found when we fired RG Construction. This company may be able to do small and simple remodels but would never use again or recommend to anyone based on our experience.

We used RG Construction Services to add a shower to our finished basement and some other projects around our home. Richard and his crew did a fantastic job! The crew was professional, knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and satisfied with all the completed work! Highly recommend RG Condtruction Services! Thank you Richard, Lance, and all the great crew that work for this company!

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great contractor. We have done two large projects with RG Construction and both have been a remarkably easy process. RG's crew are reliable, skilled and just all around great people as well as Richard the owner.

We hope that if you choose RG construction that you have a better experience than we did. We hired RG construction based on their high online reviews. It is not easy to find a contractor to put your faith in. We hired RG after a great consultation where our goals and budget were clearly communicated. We were assured that we would be able to complete our goals within our budget. We paid our deposit and after that it was all downhill. They did not seem to have time for us. They missed appointments. They canceled appointments while we were on our way. Long story short. We got nothing usable for our 10k deposit. Their final proposal was 3x what we were led to believe in our consultation. We asked for a small courtesy refund based on our experience, and they sent us a bill...
