I was recommended RG Modelo from my neighbor who had previously had a project completed by them, he was fully satisfied. We started in January 2018 with my duplex and 2 units , gut and rehab that was the best decision on made with many recommendations from Raul. Work was completed timely and I was happy with the work they completed. A few months later I had an issue with some light fixtures not working, I called and Raul came out and took care of the exchange’s, I covered the cost of the material but he never had an issue to come out, he didn’t come out on that same day but we scheduled it and as he always reminded me I had 12 month warranty on the labor. I am very satisfied that I hired them and would highly recommend them.

I worked with RG Modelo on home repair as I was getting water in my ceiling, they came out and repaired all in a quick and effiecient manner, I have not had any issues. I have contacted them to come out and remodel my bathroom as I would highly recommend them.

consumer be aware this RG modelo contractor is not skill out in new construction DO NOT HIRE THEM I had a new construction all the inside masonry brick walls is leaking, including the roof they used the cheapest material they don't guarantee their job don't answer the phone or e-mail the plumbing work sucks, the big front store window crack never was replaced while they were working my garage was burned due to the employees drink and smoke this is not acceptable, please don't let this company scam you.

If you value your time,money and peace of mind DON'T hire this company. We did a full remodel with them, biggest mistake ever made. Unfortunately when I searched for reviews on them I didn't find any,but they had five stars so we hired them. ..We have problems with the HVAC system, broken tile,and a water leak. We spoke to them as soon as the problems came up. They never fixed any of it just gave us the runaround and promises and finally stopped answering the phone. Dont hire them save yourself the aggravation.

Unproffesional. There was zero guidance as to the plans (i.e this window would look better 3 feet to the right, or I suggest you add another light fixture here). The floors creak as if they were 10 years old as opposed to 8 months old. We did a $120k 2nd floor addition to our house and although it looks nice, all the cold air filters in our master bedroom. The temperature in our bedroom is consistenly 5-6 degrees lower than the thermostat. So if we crank up the thermostat, our girls’s rooms get
Too hot. Our bedroom floor and walls are freezing and winter has yet to start. We let them know multiple times and their response was basically “we dont know” and they never tried to fix it. Its okay not to know but you would think they would make an effort to figure out what’s going on!

RG Modelo did an excellent job! Everything was done well, on time and on budget!

Never hire RG modelo Contractors. They did not do proper inspection, did sloppy foam installation that went through floorboards all over the apartment. They insisted it was fine for my tenant to reenter the building the same day. It was not. We had to pay for environmental clean up of dust all over our tenants' clothes and room. We had to pay to have the air environmentally tested (since RG Modelo made the mistake of saying it was OK to reenter the building my tenant believed nothing else they said). This project happened in March 2017 and despite a dozen promises from Noemi, they never refunded one cent of the thousands of dollars we paid them to do the work nor our additional thousands of dollars in costs to make sure the apartment was safe. They are irresponsible and are not trustworthy. Our tenant moved out after three months of not feeling safe to breathe the air and we sold our place in a rush to cover all the costs and rid ourselves of the stress of this project. This was our first home and we owned it for 10 years trouble free before dealing with RG Modelo. Do not believe what they say. It has been 6 months and they have not kept one promise.

RG Modelo did an outstanding job on my home. I would hire them anytime. No costly 'surprises' like I've had with other contractors in the past and they finished the job when they said they would.
