  Replace roof

  We needed our roof replaced because of damage from a fallen tree branch. Seth had been to our home previously to check on some possible areas of concern on our roof. Not long after that, the tree limb fell on the roof. Seth was able to come to our home that day to assess the damage. Then returned later that same day to patch the roof until his team could replace it - which happened quickly. He and his team did an excellent job with replacing the roof and with clean up of the nails... after the project was completed. Seth was back the day after the roof was completed to recheck for any nails... left behind. We would definitely recommend Rheams Roofing!

  Seth Rheam replaced our roof about 10 years ago and has provided periodic checks ever since. The work was done properly and within a timely manner. There has never been an issue until a recent unusual wind damaged trim work at the highest peak at our home. Even though the trim was not a part of the roof, we called Rheam's for advice and Seth came by, made an assessment, conducted repairs, and elimated our concern. And did it all within about one hour's time and politely refused payment stating words to the effect. that "it's part of the service". We are continuously impressed by the level of ability, integrity, and confidence displayed by Seth Rheam and his crews. We are particularly appreciative of their personal attention to our needs and happy to recommend their services to any interested party. God bless Seth and his group. Chris and Dave Shannon
