Shay and his team gave us extremely high quality work at a great value. They were very thorough, professional, comprehensive in their service. I had a second-story loft converted into a home office. I was surprised to see that everything looks as if my home was built this way. Electrical, Scaffolding work, drywall, painting. Every aspect was taken care of and more. I was very stressed to go into construction work which can be very messy and frustrating but the team thoughtfully cleaned up each day. I could not be happier and more impressed with Rhino Builders.

I own a small apartment building that needed soft retrofitting, I had been dreading the cost and hassles that usually accompany any construction project. I called a few retrofitters many either did not return my calls or seemed uninterested in a small job. Rhino was different. When I met with the men I was instantly satisfied with the knowledge. Hiring Rhino was a no-brainer. The job went very well: it started on time and ended a few days early. There were no surprises - no "extras", so my cost was as agreed. During construction, Sean gave me regular updates on the project and he answered all my questions promptly. Their bid for the project was thousands of dollars less than competitors. Excellent experience again with Rhino Retrofitting. Sean and Antonio came to see my 3-story apartment building in South San Francisco. We discussed what the soft story retrofit plans will likely include. They both are knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciated their professional, no-pressure approach and taking time to answer our questions. Rhino performed an exploratory investigation of the support structure, as architectural plans were not available. They engineered the plans with city approval. They then consulted with us and provided the approved THP (Tenant Habitability Plan) paperwork. Sean went over the approved plans and explained the work that would be performed and the purpose. They both answered all my questions. The primary work team was very pleasant and answered all our questions. I was provided with timely progress reports by phone and text. When I had a question, my call was answered or returned right away. Despite Covid-19, they scheduled and passed inspections and completed the work on time. I have seen projects by other companies stuck in limbo for months with no progress in the past. They removed all debrisand left the property clean. My tenants and neighbors had no complaints! I am very pleased with this experience.
