Rhino was hired to build a slab for a home I am building. Had to File a register of Contractors complaint due to the fact that he took approximately 80% of the cost as payment and only did approximately 20% of the work. Diego A Beltran Mendez who owns Rhino Concrete disappeared and not return phone calls, which prompted me to file the complaint with the ROC . Rhino Concrete was found that they did not use the proper contract required by the state of Arizona, they did not comply with the ROC directive to finish the project by August 4, 2023. They also did not follow the plans and did sub-par work. They did not finish the project, and it will cost me approximately $40,000 to finish, and correct their poor workmanship.
