Do not hire this JOKE. He didn't finish the job. There is cemenet residue all over the side of our house that has not been cleaned up. I've been in contact with Will for over a year now trying to get him to come clean up the job. I also found that he is not licensed or insured.. for a few years now. Extremely unethical and unreliable. Save your time and DO NOT do business with him..

They did not ever finish the job or return our money. It has been 11 months and I've contacted them multiple times about it, but they have given me excuses and promises that they never followed through on.

I hired Will (Viliami Mafuahingano) and Dave (Tevita Ofa) in November of 2022. These guys are now running around as TNP Elite Concrete and Tree Removal.
I hired Dave and TNP to do a suspended slab with walls and about 56 yards of cement. Dave and Will never showed up a single day in 8 months. They constantly told me he was going to and never did. I contacted the owner of TNP Elite (Taniela Fangupo) and he reviewed the contract with Dave and told me that it was "a go" and would get done. After 8 months, a destroyed yard, and the budget is gone, I have some walls, but nothing else. I constantly told them where we were at with the $$$$, and they assured me that it would get done and on budget. If we went over then they would cover costs.
Now, 8 months later they have walked away. My yard is destroyed and I have 90% of my walls done and nothing else. I'm going to have a hell of a time finding someone to come in and take over the job. It's going to cost me more, and take months and that's if I can get it done at all.
I filed a claim with TNPs insurance company and despite Taniela being involved and assuring me that it would get done, he's now claiming fraud to cover his ass. He's pretending like he doesn't know Dave or Will even though they're his own family. Do not hire these guys. They are all family and will scam their way out of every dollar they can get from you. When I confronted Dave about him ignoring me he threatened to come to my house and physically assault me. When I opened the claim with their insurance company Taniela called and screamed at me cursing and insulting me for 10 min. You're dealing with intellectually and emotionally immature people here. They do know how far they can go to extract every possible cent from you, but they cannot comprehend that you paying them and hiring them for a job means that they have an obligation to you. They see showing up and doing the work as doing you a favor, nothing more.
