Randy Rhino, of Rhino Homes, LLC, built us our family home. We moved in January 2023, upon which time it is the builders responsibly to obtain a CO (Certificate of Occupancy) from the city of Sandy Springs, GA. Over a year has passed, Randy has failed to do so and has become unresponsive to all attempts to have this issue resolved.
I would absolutely not recommend using Randy for any type of construction project. He is not trust worthy and does not follow through on his word. We have now been forced to hire an attorney to handle this matter moving forward.
